The name "large-format printing" speaks for itself. Large-format printing is used for printing advertising carriers - posters, stretch marks, banners and more complex elements of exterior structures. Digital printing is made on roll materials (vinyl film, banner fabric, mesh, oracal, paper).
The types of large-format printing include interior and exterior printing.
Unlike interior printing, where the image dimensions are not large enough, since the image is often viewed from a close distance, the printing of exterior structures is sometimes striking in its coverage. The size of such images varies from a few to tens of meters, which allows to notice the image from afar. The resolution of printing for advertising designs is much lower than interior photo printing (150-360 dots per inch).
Another feature of large-format printing for outdoor structures is that the advertising medium is exposed to the aggressive external environment, in particular to various weather conditions (sunlight, snow, rain, wind and other influences). In this regard, materials for large-format printing are more wear-resistant and durable.
Large-format printing is used for the following advertising media:
- Oracals (gluing advertising) for decoration of shop windows, prismatrons, vehicles.
- Manufacturing of cross street banners, banners, firewalls and megaboards, signboards and other structures.
The ADG Copy Center printing equipment allows to print images of a large-format and high resolution, both for exterior constructions and interior design.
